Watson P. Heilala holds a Bachelors Degree in English Literature and Masters Degrees in School Counseling and School Administration. In addition, in June 2008 he will become a New Jersey certified Learning Consultant. Watson has nearly ten years of experience in education and he has helped students develop academic skills and provided college counseling for students who have gone on to attend highly selective colleges and competitive athletic programs during that time. As a New Jersey certified school counselor, he has also helped many teenagers manage the pressures they encounter in the classroom and during the recruiting process. In addition, he is a member of the New Jersey School Counselor Association, the New Jersey Association of College Admissions Counselors, the National Association of College Admissions Counselors, and he has attended the Harvard Summer Institute for College Admissions.
