Watson P. Heilala has created a four year curriculum that begins with eighth graders transitioning into high school. During their first year they will learn how to study, take notes, determine their learning style, take tests, manage time effectively, and develop social survival skills so they can navigate the pressures they will encounter during high school.

Each ensuing year they will be provided with standardized test prep, either SAT or ACT, academic and college counseling, life skills, and if needed, academic support*. The curriculum takes place throughout the whole year and involves fifteen meetings in a classroom environment and up to four individual meetings.

In addition, there will also be parent seminars throughout the year which will allow families to make smarter decisions as they encounter college admissions, standardized tests, the application process, financial aid, and athletic recruiting.

*Academic Support is provided at an extra fee for $55 an hour for individual tutoring and $30 and hour for groups of three or more.
