Arete Recruits was an idea created by Watson P. Heilala, who saw the opportunity to help families guide teenagers through their high school career and into college by developing critical thinking, academic, and life skills. As an educator for the past ten years on the high school level, Watson knows the difficult struggle parents encounter when they're faced with too many choices as they seek only to make the smartest decisions for their family.

As a result, Watson has created a service that can help student-athletes and their families in three different areas: Academic Development, Test Prep, and College Counseling. Arete Recruits is an exclusive service that will provide knowledge and consultation for only forty to fifty students.

If your children become Arete Recruits, they will get involved with other peers whose core values will allow them to succeed in and outside the school community. In addition, they will also be better equipped to manage the demands of a high school student-athlete, which will create a more seamless transition into college.
